Armenian National Historical Museum is the most important historical museum of Armenia and is situated in Yerevan. The Museum was founded in 1921 with the Gallery of Armenia, they share the same building and they both are situated in Republic Square.
The National Museum is on the lower streets of the complex. The exposition of the museum is divided into several departments: Archaeological, Ethnographical, department of Numismatics, department of Historical Architecture, and Department of Modern and Contemporary History of Armenia.
In the Museum there are exhibited things of historical significance, which were found on the territory of Armenia and go, back to the Stone Age up to the end of the XlX century.
One has to walk along the halls of the museum “barefooted” and solve quests, using the symbol hints, reply to the questions, reach the final, and be the first “to wear the shoes” - that is to solve the final quest, using the rest of the answers.
